Our certified social studies teacher for grades 7-12 has a double major in social studies and secondary education. He has been teaching middle and high school social studies for the past 14 years. He is also certified to teach AP US History/World History and psychology. He will quickly develop a rapport with students and bring history to life through group discussions, jokes, and projects that can be done at home.
Our certified 7-12 English teacher with a double master’s degree in English and secondary education. She has experience teaching middle, high school, and college classes. She is currently teaching developmental writing and literature at the college level. She is also trained to teach ACT, SAT, and Acuplacer prep classes or tutoring. She is kind and caring towards her students and always goes the extra mile.
Meaghan is our animal science and oceanography teacher. In addition, she is an animal care specialist at an aquarium. She has also been an environmental educator with different organizations for the last 10 years and is a certified interpretive guide through NAI.
