Private tutoring
Elementary: Private tutoring is available for grades K-6 in Math, Science, social studies, reading, and writing. Prices are $30 an hour for individuals and $40 an hour for a group of two.
Middle and High School: Private tutoring for grades 7-12 is available in all social studies and English courses, as well as Oceanography and Zoology. Prices are $30 an hour for individuals and $40 an hour for a group.
College: Private tutoring for college is available in all social studies and English courses. Prices are $40 an hour for individuals and $50 an hour for a group of two.
My daughter has a mood disorder so it was very difficult for her to finish 10th grade in the home-from-school phase. Her grades in History and Culture of Film went up by 2 grades. She said and I quote” this is the first time a tutor got me to do my work”. It’s very difficult to work from home and get your children to do their work independently at the same time. Having a tutor available was a life saver. The price was very reasonable.

History Club
This club meets once a week with a certified history teacher. He offers readings via Google Classroom and students discuss the period together the following week. Students are requested to create a project to share each week as well.
Video Game Club
Do you have kids who love to play video games? Why not get them together with a safe forum of other kids who play. We will discuss and review games on a weekly basis.
Author’s Club
We have a certified ELA teacher who is currently teaching small group book clubs. Please reach out to offer a book suggestion or to learn what books will be read next.
